About Amy:
The role of caretaker has always come naturally to me, and I believe that led me to my career in massage therapy. Before massage therapy I worked 14 years in customer service, 9 years in management and 5 years operating an in-home daycare. Once my youngest child was a full-time student, I knew my daycare years were coming to an end, and I had to search for a new direction. A catalog with the most beautiful butterfly magically arrived in my mailbox at the right moment. That catalog was from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork, and somehow, I knew right then and there that was what I wanted to do. So, I did it.
In 2011 I completed training and opened the doors to Amyable Massage, LLC and can’t imagine my life doing anything else. I feel honored to repeat often that I love my job, even after all these years. It is a privilege to meet and work with so many individuals to assist with alleviating their pain or stress. This life is very fulfilling.
I am licensed by the state of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing, am a member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
I am honored to be a massage therapist.
